Patrick McNulty held public lecture “USA CONSTITUTIONAL LAW” at IBSU

Patrick McNulty held public lecture at the International Black Sea University. The meeting was organized by law faculty and the bachelor students of law were attended at the meeting.

Lecture was very interesting, and students could ask questions and gave more information about different issues.
