Kocha Changelia, a sophomore student of international relations of International Black Sea University will participate in two exchange programs in the United States of America.
Within the first exchange program, Kocha will undergo the CELOP for Fundamentals of Leadership program within the English Access Micro-scholarship program at Boston University for two weeks.
Kocha also won the Global UGRAD program and with funding from the US Embassy in Georgia, will study political science at Millikin University during the fall semester.
