Italian professor Raffaella Fileri’s course in alternative dispute resolution

The Faculty of Law hosted Italian professor, member of the Perugia Bar Association, mediator Raffaella Filer, founder of Filer Law Office, for a week during the summer course.
within the course, students received information on alternative means of dispute resolution, in particular discussed the advantages of the mediation process and the mechanisms of its application in reality.
