IBSU lecturers attended 12th European Conference on Education in London
International Black Sea University lecturers, affiliated assistant professor Nato Pachuashvili, affiliated assistant professor Guranda Khabeishvili, and invited lecturer Salome Gureshidze attended the 12th European Conference on Education (ECE2024) in London.
IBSU lecturers presented the following topics:
- Teaching in the era of artificial intelligence: Teachers’ perspectives of utilizing ChatGPT in Education (Nato Pachuashvili)
- The ways to get your students excited about writing through the use of interactive writing tools (Guranda Khabeishvili)
- Effectiveness of using Video recording to improve students’ speaking skills (Salome Gureshedze)
The conference was held in partnership with Birkbeck, University of London, the IAFOR Research Centre at the Osaka School of International Public Policy (OSIPP) at Osaka University, and in affiliation with University College London (UCL). More than 670 academicians from over 80 countries participated in the conference, which encourages academics and scholars to meet and exchange ideas and views in an international forum stimulating respectful dialogue. This event afforded an exceptional opportunity for renewing old acquaintances, making new contacts, networking, and facilitating partnerships across national and disciplinary borders.
