Eka Sulikashvili is a student of School Education, Humanities and Social Sciences who participated in The Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences

Hello, I am Eka Sulikashvili, a third-year student of English-language international relations at IBSU. Currently, I am at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences with the Erasmus+ exchange program.
Since childhood, I wanted to study abroad and I am very happy that the university chose me. I have been trying to reach this goal since my school days. The first step was to finish with the school’s gold medal, then the grant won at the national exams. Finally, choosing the right university. Getting an education in English was very important to me, and therefore I chose IBSU. Here my dream became a reality and I was given the opportunity to study in Amsterdam for free along with a scholarship.
From the first moment of arrival, I was convinced that hard work always brings the desired result. The experiences and memories gained at the University of Amsterdam will remain in my memory forever. Through the projects, I met a lot of people from different cultures and got the experience of working with them. The experience acquired here will give me something that will definitely help me to face new challenges in the future. In just two months of being here, I already have the experience of working with leading universities in New York, Rockland and Columbia. In addition, the exchange program gave me the opportunity to visit many cultural and historical monuments throughout the Netherlands and Europe.”
