International Black Sea University students won first and third place in a competition organized by the Francophone University Agency (AUF) to mark Francophonie Month.

IBSU students Barbara Janjalashvili, Tekla Mamatsashvili, Nino Zazashvili, Mariam Pertaia, and Lizi Akhalaia were divided into two teams.

Contestants had to use games to communicate what French meant to them while also learning about the language and culture. The winners got branded gifts.
