International Black Sea University hosted American Professor

International Black Sea University hosted Brasilian Professor Marcus Vinicius de Freitas. During the visit, he had a meeting with the Rector of the University, Dr. Saffet Bayraktutan, and delivered a lecture for the International Relations program students.

The topic of the lecture was “New World Order with Chinese Characteristics”. The lecturer spoke about the role of China in the modern world order. Focusing on cyber warfare as one of the most dangerous challenges to world order, the economic and political difficulties of the Covid-19 era, for both China and the world, highlighted the preconditions and chances for future world domination of China as an economic power. At the end of the lecture, he answered the students’ questions.

Marcus Vinicius De Freitas is a Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South, focusing on International Law, International Relations, and Brazil, currently a Visiting Professor of International Law and International Relations at China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing, China.
