Head of the Digital Media and Communication MA program Prof. Dr. Dali Osepashvili received a scholarship from the Polish Research Center.

The Mieroszewski Centre’s “One Month in Poland” research mobility program supports her work on the multidisciplinary research project “Works on Polish Artists in Georgian Print Media (10-20c of XX century).

“Dali Osepashvili conducts research on Polish artists who resided in Georgia during the early 20th century and produced graphics, caricatures, portraits, or reportage paintings in Georgian publications and newspapers.

Since the Georgian newspaper lacked illustrations during that time, the drawings and graphic paintings of Polish painters are important for researching Georgian media history.
